FYI.. The best price I have gotten so far on that configuration is $13500. But, I am in SC and the shipping would probably wind up costing you more. This is the configuration that I am close to buying. I will look forward to seeing your new owner comments if you beat me to the purchase <G>.

I ran across a 1991 JD870 4wd with #80 loader and a JD backhoe (do not have the model number). Both the loader and the backhoe are quick attach implements. It is in good condition with 1800 hours. The seat and front tires could stand to be replaced, other than that, it looks pretty good - used, but not abused. The guy is asking $10,500. Good Price???? I have about 5.5 acres that soon will be mostly grass. Major uses for the tractor will be general yard work, horse barn work (3 horses), some minor landscaping to redirect water runnoff from the barn, and whatever else I can think of <G>. Thanks in advance for comments/thoughts on this!

Thanks for the reply. Would you think that the 1550 with 250 hours, power steering, in like new condition, with a Bush Hog front end loader would be worth $9K?

I just purchased 5.25 acres so that I can keep my 3 horses at home. I am having to clear the land and am doing a lot of work to make the pasture. I have been using a borrowed Yanmar YM155D (12 pto hp 2 cyl diesel 4wd) but it is too small for a lot of what I am doing. I am looking to buy my first tractor but do not want to pay the price of a new one (imagine that <G>). A friend of mine has a Mitsubishi MT4501D (45 hp 4 cyl diesel) 4wd for sale. I has really wide turf tires and about 2800 hours on it. He is an extreme perfectionist so I know the tractor is in top mechancal shape. He is asking $7000 for it. He called it a low profile tractor. Is anyone familiar with this tractor?Thanks!
